Shipping Policy


At Haidek’s Chef Pantry, we take pride in carefully preparing, packaging, and shipping each order with the same care we use on our own farm.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Schedule

To help ensure freshness and timely delivery, orders are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Orders placed later in the week may be held until the next shipping day. This policy helps reduce the likelihood of packages remaining in carrier facilities over the weekend.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a product or promotion includes free shipping.

Perishable Products

Certain products, including broths and other temperature-sensitive items, may require insulated packaging and/or ice packs depending on weather conditions and destination. Additional shipping charges may apply when necessary to maintain product quality and safety.

Local Farm Pickup

Local farm pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. Customers selecting local pickup will receive instructions once their order is ready.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and products.

While we are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, we will gladly assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.
